All stock items ships within 2 business days. Delivery times depends on the service you select at check out.

Our warehouse is in Brooklyn, NY.
Do you restock items?
We can restock most of our items daily or as needed and add new products as they come available! If an item is out of stock and you would like to purchase one, please message us and we will try to get it made and in stock as a priority.
Once seasonal (holiday) items are marked out of stock, they will not be restocked.

CARE AND MATERIALS
How do I care for my products?
Coffee Mugs - Are microwave and dishwasher safe. Top rack recommended.
Tumblers - Are stainless steel, DO NOT put them in the microwave! Hand wash only.
Sublimated Clothing - Always wash on a cold cycle, no bleach and hang to dry. No Dry cleaning. These methods will give your items the longest life.
How are my sublimated product made and where are they shipped from?
We make and ship everything from our location here in Brooklyn, NY using our commercial grade sublimation equipment and presses.
My order was damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours from the time delivery was made. Please have a photo of the broken product and the damage of the shipping carton. We can discuss the options from there.
I am unhappy with my order, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately with the details. We will try to do our best to come up with a solution. Please be sure to read the listing carefully and view all related images etc... Since all products are personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I'm not sure of my size?
Our products are Uni-sexed (male) sizes unless otherwise on the individual items listing. All of out clothing categories will have sizing charts to help with sizing.
